Business members · Your records · Shared experience
MORE CONTEXT. BETTER CONVERSATIONS.

Know what to ask before you commit.

Learn from firsthand experience

Read structured answers about payment, reliability, communication, and the work itself. Questions fit each relationship, with job stages for your customers and experience reviews for your business partners.

See the patterns that matter

Spot repeated positive reports and concerns across different reviewing businesses, with counts and dates for context.

Understand customer priorities

Matched customer surveys can reveal preferences for price, quality, timing, and follow-up—even before contractor reviews exist.

YOUR CUSTOMERS. YOUR CREW. YOUR PARTNERS.

Five relationships. One workspace.

Each section is written from your perspective as the contractor.

Payment, communication, appointments, and how disagreements were handled.

Commercial customers

Experiences with the business, even when its contact person changes.

Subcontractors

Workmanship, punctuality, price changes, and license or insurance documentation.

Suppliers

Delivery reliability, order accuracy, returns, and communication.

GCs & home builders

Payment, plans, scheduling, and respect for the contractors working for them.

STRAIGHTFORWARD FROM THE START

Bring your records. Build the picture.

  1. 01

    Add your people

Upload a CSV or add individual records. Keep contacts, job details, and statuses together without setting up a CRM connection.

  2. 02

    Open your matches

See available review summaries, answers, and customer surveys linked to your own records, with a separate information match score.

  3. 03

    Share your experience

Answer a short questionnaire after an inquiry or job. Customer reminders follow completed, invoiced, and closed stages. Review subcontractors, suppliers, and GCs at any time, with context about your history together.

Shared experience.
Private contact details.

Members see identifying details from their own records. Matching does not reveal another contractor’s private contact information.

Reviews use structured answers, preserve job context, and distinguish the quality of an experience from the strength of a match. Repeated reports describe past experience, not a guarantee of future behavior.

A few things worth knowing

What if no one has reviewed my customer yet?

You can still organize your records and contribute the first review. A matched customer survey may provide useful preferences. The app shows when no feedback is available; it does not invent a rating.

Can I review someone who never signed a contract?

Yes. Inquiry questions focus on the interaction, such as communication and appointments. Contracted-work questions cover the experience relevant to that job.

Can one contractor’s reviews overwhelm the results?

Repeat jobs from one business do not count as additional independent businesses. Recurring highlights need matching answers from at least three businesses and 60% of recent responses to that question.

Who can become a member?

Contracting businesses apply with their business and contact details and accept the terms. Verification comes before paid access. Membership is for one business location and one named user; available plans and payment status appear in your account.
